To All Players and Families,
It is with great enthusiasm that I take on the role of Head Coach for the U10 MTK team for the 2025–2026 season. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to guide and support this group of young athletes as we begin what I know will be a fun, challenging, and rewarding year of hockey.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching within several associations—including TBMHA, APMHA, CPMHA, and MTK. These experiences have helped shape my coaching philosophy and approach. My goal is to run structured, high-energy practices that are both purposeful and engaging, with a strong focus on skating fundamentals, individual skill development, and cohesive team play.
My coaching style is grounded in the values of respect, accountability, and hard work. At this stage of development, hockey is about more than just improving on-ice performance—it’s about building character. I’m committed to helping each player grow not only as an athlete but as a teammate and a contributing member of our community. Our mission is to develop confident, respectful individuals who take pride in wearing the MTK jersey.
We aim to foster a positive and competitive environment where players can thrive, forge meaningful connections, and build a lifelong love for the game.
This season, we’ll be participating in the following tournaments:
-Stoney Creek 41st Annual Tournament of Champions – November 20-23
-Kirk Kelly Memorial Tournament – December 5-7
-Bell Capital Cup – December 27-31
-Capital Winter Classic – January 17-19
Thank you for your trust and support. I’m looking forward to an exciting season ahead—and I can’t wait to get started. See you at tryouts!
Warm regards,
Paolo Campagnolo
