Marc Lafleur

Hello hockey parents and fans, my name is Marc Lafleur and I am pleased to have been selected as this years U-11 Head Coach. I am looking forward to working with this year’s group of young student-athletes. My goal is to continue building on the great reputation that the MTK programs have garnered throughout the years and the U-11 coaching and support staff will strive to have every player make this an exciting and memorable 2024-2025 season.
My philosophy in hockey is to provide the best possible learning environment for the players encompassing safety and respectfulness throughout their journey.
My motto of “you play like you practice” will mean the players will be constantly engaged at a high-pace in their practices with the focus on developing the skills needed at the U-11 level. Learning, acquiring, and excelling in their fundamental skills (i.e. skating, passing, shooting, utilization of the body, etc…) will be addressed in every practice!
