The following positions will begin and end on odd years and have a 2-year term to be filled and voted on at the AGM:

1.       VP of Operations

2.       Director of Communications

3.       Director of Ice Scheduling

4.       Director of Registration

 

The following positions will begin and end on even years and have 1 year left on their term to be filled and voted on at the AGM:

1.       Director of Risk and Discipline

2.       Director of Equipment

3.      Director of Finance

4.      Secretary

 

NOMINATIONS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE 5:00PM ON APRIL 14, 2025

If you are looking to join the MTK Executive Board, please review information below to put your name forth.

ARTICLE 5 ELECTIONS

a.          Each candidate for election as an MTK Executive Board member shall put their name forward in writing with a nomination to the Annual General Meeting.

b.          Nominations will be posted on the website prior to the Annual General Meeting.

c.          Any person wishing to withdraw or decline nominations may do so by announcing his or her withdrawal at the Annual General Meeting.

No nominations will be accepted from the floor of the Annual General Meeting, and any unfilled executive positions will be filled by appointment by the board at the next MTK Executive
